The Denis Wick DW5587 Travel Euphonium Mute was developed with Steven Mead to provide extreme quietness. Equipped with an internal cork damper, the 5587 has thick, high quality neoprene pads to help create a very soft sound.
Weighing no more than 200 grams, this mute fits inside any euphonium bell, making it easy to transport inside travel bags and hard cases. In addition, its attractive design includes a leather strap for easy insertion and removal, a cork lining inside the bell of the mute as well as the highest quality finish.
